I took my lovely little Ollie to the park a few weeks ago ... Mimi was out with Daddy... and here are a couple of pics I took.

I drafted this post some weeks ago, but never (for some strange reason) published it. Can't let it go though, so here it is!    

My lovely friend Sally, turned 50 this weekend. (well... a few weekends ago actually)  (You'd never believe it to look at her.)  

I've known Sally for over half my life ..... she was my first house-mate when I moved out of home.  Her resilience is an inspiration.  She's kind, funny, brilliant, and someone I aspire to be more like.  Her faith is such an example.  She can be described as (among others), the following words.

Where have I been?!?! - An update of recent events!

I've been very remiss lately at posting updates! I'll hopefully be able to be more regular now - I have a new external hard drive! Let me explain! The hard drive on my laptop was full - and I therefore couldn't upload any photos .... I have hundreds! 

Anyway - here are a couple of pics from the other day. I went for a day trip to London with a couple of friends - Alison and Bethany. Amongst other things we 'did' the Tate (Britain) Gallery, did a Matinee of The Woman in Black, and then had a couple of hours at Covent Garden.

There's a big display of elephants all round London at the moment... to promote conservation of the Asian Elephant... and this is just one of them in Covent Garden... ( below are a couple of pictures David took the other day of the twins and his family by elephants in Regents Park).  For more information on the campaign see here.

We also went to Paul's - a French Patisserie... one of my most favourite places.  Yumm!  Here are the girls after sampling the delights!
