Summertime Fun - Another 'Catch-up' Post!

In the Summer we had a particularly busy Friday... first we had a petting farm visit twins club, with special activities in the garden, and then we went with friends to the seaside and a fabulous playground next to the beach. We had a lovely BBQ, and loads of fun was had by all.
Everyone was shattered by the end of the day though.

Oliver had to have pink..... of course!

..... and Mimi, Blue!!!

All the children who attended did hand prints on the wall... which is going to stay there for posterity!! Here is Jemima pointing out her and Ollies' prints!

Some Holiday Snaps

Here are a few pictures from our recent holiday to Ireland... We had a fab time.... The pictures speak for themselves I think. Thanks Diane for a great time!!!

Swinging... a favourite pass-time for Jemima!

A view in the mountains of Co. Donegal!

A signpost on a slight detour (about 90 minutes!) off the beaten track!!! (I blame Diane's "map-reading" [if you can call it that!!!])

One of my favourite places... Murlough Bay

A Day at The Park with Rachael and Louise

I'm trying to catch up with some historical pictures from the past few months! These were taken a couple of months ago when we went out for the afternoon to Tenterden ... Jemima is more than happy to be pushed on a swing for hours... something which Auntie Louise was willing to do for quite a while... think this was about 20 minutes in!!! Oliver will climb and slide as long as you'll let him!! Auntie Rachael was happy to help him and follow him along the train, backwards and forwards for quite a while too!!!!

Nursery School

The twins started Nursery School on Thursday this week. We've been talking about it with them for a few days, so fortunately they were prepared... and they had a great time. I hardly had to stay with them at all and was able to leave within 5 minutes of them arriving. I guess they are lucky in that they have each other, so are never 'alone'. I am so grateful for that.

This is them by the door to their new nursery all ready to go in.

I got a Blog Award!! How Exciting!!!
