Went to the Osmonds's 50th Anniversary Concert at Wembley Arena last night.... they were FABULOUS.
My sister Diane took me as part of my birthday present! We had amazing seats 24 rows from the front.... we got them on e-bay that morning!!! We were very lucky.

The show was amazing and I am newly re-converted to their music... more so than before!
There was some pretty amazing Rock music in there as well... and Jay is the most stupendous drummer... he did this amazing 3+ minute Drum solo that 'knocked my socks off'!!!

We had a fabulous evening... though we nearly missed the last train home. They shut down the tube train half way to the overland train station. We made it to the train with 10 seconds to spare, after talking an 'on the way home' taxi driver to take us to the station! (Diane could talk a miner into buying coal [is that an out of date saying!?] ........ Phew... I had visions of us sleeping on the streets of London for the night!!!

Lucky girl...My husband and I were just talking about the Osmonds (not sure why), but I said I wanted to go see them. He laughed at me!! I still want to.
They are on in Utah in July I believe... 25-27 July - in SLC..... All 7 of them, including Alan and Marie... can't see them doing it again, especially with Alan's failing health... they were great, I thoroughly recommend it!
